Hack Bartley Publishing and Saxy Thing Records are proud to present a new video single entitled, "The Way I Live" by Jake Bartley.  Written by Hack Bartley, it is a new sound for Jake, incorporating the roots of his Rhythm and Blues beginnings with an added splash of country.  Shag dancers should not despair because it dances just as well as any of Hack's R&B creations.  It's already being called a promising "crossover" tune by Nashville notables.  In fact, there's serious interest in Jake Bartley by more than one major Country recording studio.  Within a month of its release, Jake's "The Way I Live" garnered Hack Bartley a nomination for "Best Songwriter Of The Year" at the 2005 Carolina Beach Music Awards held in Myrtle Beach, S.C.  Take a look and listen...
